Arson fires did not give a break to the community of Crün Shürin, in the Térraba Indigenous Territory, which, according to its inhabitants, experienced a living hell.
In less than a month in March, it was the third time such a fire had occurred, affecting several farms located in this area.
For years, the residents of Crün Shürin and nearby areas faced situations that endangered their lives and their means of livelihood.
These events were part of the everyday reality for the land reclaimers of this territory.
